Order Shipments & Tracking
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Shipping Carrier Delays
Please note that shipping carriers across the U.S. are experiencing nationwide delays, which may impact delivery times once your order has left our facility. While we do everything we can to process and ship your order promptly, we appreciate your patience in case of any carrier-related delays.
Where Do We Ship From?
We ship from multiple distribution centers across the United States to help ensure faster delivery times.
When Will My Order Arrive?
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) before shipping.
- Custom-made pieces or specialty items may take longer to process.
- Once shipped, parcel orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days within the United States and Canada, depending on your location and carrier timelines.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Do I Need to Sign for My Package?
Most orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS do not require a signature for delivery.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes?
We can ship some items to PO Boxes; however, large furniture pieces cannot be delivered to a PO Box. If an order includes an item that cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you before shipping to arrange an alternative address.
